Legislative Update

The No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB), or the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), is scheduled for reauthorization in 2007. While the prospects of completing the reauthorization this year are unclear, Congressional hearings are expected to begin in early 2007.
