Carlos Rosario International Career Center, Inc. is a nonprofit organization founded in 1995 as an Adult Education Center providing English-as-a-Second-Language (ESL) to the adult immigrant population of Washington, D.C. For 25 years, the Carlos Rosario Center operated as part of the District of Columbia public school system. Today, the Carlos Rosario Center serves as a pillar of educational excellence providing five levels of ESL, GED, and leadership training. |
