El Barrio, Inc. was founded in 1990, exclusively serving the Cleveland metro and adjacent counties’ Hispanic population to empower Hispanics to become self-sufficient participants in broader society while also preserving and promoting expressions of Hispanic culture to all Northeast Ohio. As a local, grassroots agency, it provides case management and workforce services.
