Founded in 1976, El Centro, Inc. seeks to improve the quality of life of all those in need by providing services in the areas of employment, education, housing advocacy, community outreach, and referrals. El Centro provides these services by linking human needs with community, corporate, and human resources. El Centro's services include: providing affordable rental housing, financial literacy, tutoring, child care, employment and training assistance, operation of a senior center, telephone reassurance, family intervention, crisis management, and translations.
